tools are warranted to do the work for which they are designed and intended.
If any tools are shown to the reasonable satisfaction of the company to be
defective by reason of faulty materials or workmanship while being used for
their purposes, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty
is limited to twelve months. This warranty is void if the assembly has been
tampered with by the user or any third party. This warranty is limited to
the cost of repairing or replacing with a satisfactory substitute at the
company's option any faulty item manufactured by the company (and is given
in addition to the purchaser's statutory or common law rights). Repaired
items are warranted for three months only.
